What happened after Man v. Food?
Casey Webb's challenge stop in Salt Lake City was Penny Ann's Cafe, a breakfast-and-lunch restaurant that opened in 2011 and built its reputation on an oversized stack called the Heavenly Hot Cakes. Casey took on the P.A.C. Stack Challenge, ten sour cream-based pancakes topped with caramel sauce, candied pecans, and whipped cream, weighing 3.5 pounds and requiring completion in thirty minutes; the challenge had gone undefeated before his attempt. He slowed early while savoring the pancakes and struggled with the sticky caramel and pecan topping, but a late sugar rush let him finish with twelve seconds to spare, becoming the challenge's first winner and receiving a hot cake mix and maple syrup as a prize.
