What happened after Man v. Food?
For his Las Vegas challenge, Casey Webb visited Hofbräuhaus, the local outpost of the Munich beer-hall brand known for imported Hofbräu beer and nightly live entertainment. He faced the Käsespätzle Challenge, a 4.5-pound plate of house-made German egg noodles mixed with a cream, caramelized-onion, and Swiss cheese sauce and topped with a half-pound of crispy fried onions, with one hour to finish a dish that had never been beaten in hundreds of attempts. Casey ate all the noodles by the twenty-seven-minute mark but was too full to finish the fried onions, ending the attempt short of the win, though the venue awarded him a beer stein anyway. The business's own website's 2026 events calendar lists Oktoberfest programming running from September 11 through October 31, 2026, along with specials and photos dated August 2026, indicating the beer hall remained active and hosting events.
