What happened after Man v. Food?
On the Baltimore, Maryland stop of Man v. Food (aired June 25, 2018), host Casey Webb took on the Man vs. Pho Challenge at Pho Saigon, a Vietnamese noodle restaurant in Catonsville — a four-pound bowl of broth-based soup loaded with rice noodles and five different meats, per the episode listing in Wikipedia's Man v. Food episode guide. Pho Saigon built its menu around made-to-order pho bowls with a choice of noodle, protein and toppings such as cilantro, bean sprouts and jalapeños. Following the broadcast, the owners renamed the restaurant Man Vs. Pho after the on-air challenge, according to Baltimore Magazine (Aug. 9, 2018).
They also opened a same-named satellite location in Baltimore City's Patterson Park neighborhood on Eastern Avenue that August, reported by CBS Baltimore/WJZ (Aug. 30, 2018) and Hoodline. A Yelp business page for the Catonsville location, updated as of September 2026, continues to list reviews and hours under the Man Vs. Pho name.
