What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' second episode, 'That's Italian' (aired 2007-04-30), featured Pizza Palace, a pizzeria on East Magnolia Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. According to Wikipedia, the pizzeria opened on August 10, 1961. Pizza Palace's own website, visitpizzapalace.com, checked on 2026-09-07, returned a working page describing itself as 'A Knoxville Landmark For Over 50 Years' with a 2026 copyright notice and listed hours of Sunday 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m., and Friday-Saturday service, with Monday and Tuesday closed. The site's Menu, History, Community, Press & Photos, and Contact pages were reachable at the same check, consistent with an actively maintained business site rather than an abandoned domain.
