Edge highlighted the restaurant's Rosa pizza, a thin-crust pie topped with red onion, parmigiano reggiano, rosemary, and Arizona pistachios and made without tomato sauce, according to Foodiepie's episode catalog. Pizzeria Bianco opened in downtown Phoenix in 1987, founded by Chris Bianco, according to Wikipedia (revised 2026-07-11). Wikipedia reports that Bianco added a second Phoenix-area location in the Biltmore neighborhood in 2013 and a Los Angeles location in 2022.
According to the restaurant's own website, checked on 2026-09-08, Pizzeria Bianco listed its downtown Phoenix location alongside Bar Bianco, a Town and Country location, and Pane Bianco outposts in both Phoenix and Los Angeles.
