What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode "T.G.I. Fried" featured Plan Check Kitchen + Bar, a restaurant and bar in downtown Los Angeles known for fried menu items and a cocktail program. The location operated near Wilshire Blvd in the city's downtown core. Google Places lists the location's business status as permanently closed. A check of the restaurant's longtime domain, plancheck.com, on 2026-09-08 found the address no longer serves the business; it instead resolved to an unrelated gambling-promotion page in multiple languages, indicating the company had stopped maintaining its web presence.

No updated hours, menu, or ordering information for the restaurant could be found at that address. Together, the Google Places status and the repurposed domain indicate the downtown Los Angeles location is no longer operating. No dated source describing a relocation or reopening under a different name was found.
