What happened after Man v. Food?

Louisville's stop opened with the Silver Dollar, a bar and restaurant built into a converted 1890s firehouse in the Clifton neighborhood, known for Bakersfield Sound-style country music on vinyl and a deep bourbon list. Casey Webb tried the "Beer Can Hen," a whole hen brined in salt, sugar, peppercorns and bay leaf, stuffed with garlic and thyme, then grilled standing on an open beer can and finished with a lime-serrano glaze, according to the episode's synopsis on discoveryplus.com. The bar had operated since 2011. WAVE3 News reported the closure in mid-November 2025, noting the bar's final night of service fell on November 15; LEO Weekly separately reported the same closure, adding that ownership gave no reason. The venue's exit followed the closure of two other nearby Frankfort Avenue restaurants earlier the same year.
