What happened after Man v. Food?

The episode featured Sprout's Springroll & Phở, a Vietnamese restaurant known for fresh spring rolls and phở noodle soup. The restaurant operates in Arlington, Texas, near Six Flags Over Texas, rather than in Dallas proper, though the two cities sit in the same metro area. A site check on September 8, 2026 found sproutsspringrolls.com live with posted hours, including Saturday 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-4 p.m., a working phone number, and an active online ordering system, along with a catering menu. No news coverage, closure notice, or negative listing signal was found in the available evidence. Based on the current, functioning website and posted hours, Sprout's Springroll & Phở appears to remain open at its Arlington location under a name matching the one used when the episode aired.
