What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's "Sandwich Paradise" (Season 1, Episode 10) featured Stage Deli, a Manhattan delicatessen on Seventh Avenue two blocks from Carnegie Hall, according to Wikipedia. Opened in 1937 by Russian immigrant Max Asnas and moved to 834 Seventh Avenue in 1943, the deli built a following among Broadway and entertainment figures, naming towering sandwiches after regulars such as Sarah Ferguson and Adam Sandler, according to Wikipedia. It also carried on a long rivalry with the nearby Carnegie Deli over whose pastrami was better, according to Wikipedia.

CBS New York reported on 2012-11-29 that Stage Deli closed after 75 years, with the owners citing declining business and rising rent. Forbes covered the closure the following day, on 2012-11-30. No reopening or relocation has been reported since the 2012 closure.
