The Kneaded Knook Bakery, a bakery and cafe in Straffordville, Ontario, was the ninth bakery on Project Bakeover (Food Network Canada). Its episode, "It's Not All Easy as Pie," aired 2021-06-17. Wikipedia's episode table credits pastry chef Steve Hodge's items for the episode as a blackberry upside down cake, madeleine sandwiches and a savoury galette. According to Wikipedia, the series teams Hodge with designer Tiffany Pratt to help struggling bakeries rework their menus and decor, and its first season ran to ten episodes, with the second block of five beginning on 2021-05-27 and this episode the fourth of that block.
