What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

The Sea Croft is an owner-run bed and breakfast in a Victorian villa at 5 East Bank Road in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. It was featured in Series 15, episode 2 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), which aired on 2019-06-13 under the title "The Sea Croft, Lytham St Anne's". According to TVmaze's episode summary, owner Georgina had left a career teaching business studies two years earlier to run her own guest house. A repair bill of about £50,000 and weak bookings had put the business under strain, her carefully kept rooms stood empty, and she could not work out what was going wrong. Alex Polizzi saw real potential, but found it hard to persuade Georgina to stop concentrating on small details and look at the bigger picture. Wikipedia's list of Hotel Inspector episodes gives the same air date.

What has happened since: The business's own website, read on 2026-10-19, trades as The Sea Croft Bed Breakfast & Bar and names Georgina and Jamie as proprietors. It lists several room types, all en suite, with rates from £55 a night including breakfast, and promotes booking direct. Its booking calendars run from October 2026 to September 2027. The site also has pages for meetings and special occasions, afternoon tea, a blog and special offers. It lists free parking for guests, a 2:00 p.m. check-in for direct bookings, and breakfast served between about 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. It does not mention the television episode.
