What happened after Food Paradise?
The 'Steak Stravaganza' episode featured THE Steak House, a steakhouse operating inside the "Circus Circus" casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip. THE Steak House is one of several dining rooms inside "Circus Circus" Las Vegas, a hotel-casino on the northern Strip that opened in 1968, according to Wikipedia, revised 2026-07-08. The resort is owned and operated by Phil Ruffin and also includes an indoor amusement park and a midway of carnival games, per the same Wikipedia entry. The restaurant's dedicated webpage returned an error when checked on 2026-09-09, but according to Yelp, updated September 2026, the restaurant remained open with more than a thousand reviews, and OpenTable lists the restaurant as currently accepting reservations with dinner service beginning at 4 p.m. daily. No dated report of a closure, sale, or rebrand was found in the sources reviewed for this record.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
