As with the Mamaroneck episode two weeks earlier, the title telegraphs the core problem: a dining room so quiet it played like a ghost town, with service and atmosphere failing to draw diners in for the upscale experience the restaurant was built around. At the staff meeting, Willie confronted the staff with the footage and pushed ownership to fix greeting, pacing, and follow-through with guests, and to bring the restaurant's atmosphere in line with the fine-dining menu it was charging for.

He returned later to check whether the changes had brought business back.
