What happened after Man v. Food?

The challenge segment of this Newark-area episode took Casey Webb to Tito's Burritos & Wings in nearby South Orange, New Jersey, to attempt the "Fat Amy Challenge," according to Wikipedia's Man v. Food season 9 article. The four-pound challenge consists of two deep-fried, 12-inch tortilla tacos stuffed with tempura-fried chicken tenders, French fries, shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, lettuce, pico de gallo and chipotle sauce, to be finished in 30 minutes; no one had previously attempted it. Webb's tortilla shells broke apart partway through both tacos, forcing him to eat the scattered filling separately, but he finished with five minutes and forty seconds remaining, becoming the first person to complete the challenge.

For the win, he received a free t-shirt and an order of the restaurant's cookie dough empanadas. Tito's Burritos & Wings describes itself, on its own website, as a beach-themed restaurant built around a "Tito-Speak" surf-and-island vocabulary, offering MSG- and peanut-oil-free food with gluten-free and vegan options, and it continues to operate a catering program at the South Orange location.
