Via 313's appearance on Food Paradise's "Pizza Paradise 3" episode featured the Austin company's Detroit-style, square-cut pizza served from a trailer parked on the back patio of Craft Pride, a Rainey Street beer bar, according to the bar's own history as covered by Time Out Austin and customer accounts on Tripadvisor. The trailer was founded by brothers Zane and Brandon Hunt, who brought recipes inspired by Detroit pizzerias including Loui's, Niki's, and Buddy's to Austin, sourcing cheese and meat locally and preparing dough fresh daily, according to the company's own site. Via 313 has since grown from its original trailers into several brick-and-mortar locations around Austin, per that same site.

A Do512 venue listing dated 2026-09 shows the Craft Pride trailer remains an active event venue. The Google Places record supplied for this listing pointed to a different Via 313 address on US-290 rather than the Craft Pride trailer that appeared on the show.
