What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Waterhall Country House Hotel, a family-run hotel in Crawley, West Sussex, near Gatwick Airport, was the subject of series 10, episode 8 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), which aired 2014-03-27 as the series finale. According to Wikipedia's episode list, presenter Alex Polizzi went to Crawley to help a hotel that was struggling despite its location.
