What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Who'd A Thought It, a champagne and oyster bar with rooms in Grafty Green near Lenham, Kent, was the subject of the sixth episode of series 8 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), first aired on 2011-11-07. Wikipedia's episode list, read on 2026-10-19, titles the episode "Who'd A Thought It Guest House + inn" and describes a family-owned, eight-bedroom property run by a self-described showman named Joe, who had been serving champagne to guests. The list gives no account of the advice Alex Polizzi offered or the changes that followed, and none of the pages read for this entry cover them.

The business's own website, read on 2026-10-19, describes a boutique hotel with a champagne and oyster bar and rooms, gives the Kent location near Lenham and lists a phone number. Its footer carries a 2026 copyright and the page metadata shows a last-modified date of 2026-02-11. The site offers "Book A Table" and "Book A Room" buttons, lists rooms in several categories (suites, rooms and a mini room), links to private events and "What's On" sections, and promotes a complimentary bottle of champagne for direct room bookings. It names no owners and does not mention Channel 5 or the television series.

The room descriptions on the two pages differ, and neither explains why.
