What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode showcased Zia's On The Hill's Italian entrees, including the restaurant's toasted ravioli and veal dishes typical of the neighborhood's Italian-American cooking. Zia's is an Italian restaurant that has operated in St. Louis's Hill neighborhood since 1985, according to the restaurant's own website. According to Yelp, updated August 2026, and OpenTable, updated 2026, the restaurant at 5256 Wilson Ave continues to take reservations and post current reviews and photos. The restaurant's own site (ziasstl.com) advertises reservations, a contact page, and a location description at the corner of Wilson and Edwards. A direct site check on 2026-09-09 returned an HTTP 403 response, which reflects a bot-blocking configuration rather than a change in the restaurant's status.
