What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Aly's Eats in the Taos, New Mexico area, where Guy Fieri sampled hand-held savory pies and made-from-scratch gyros on the episode 'Thai, Pie and Fries,' which aired 2022-12-16. The business, now branded Aly's a la Cart, operates as a food-truck-style stand at 625 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte in Taos, drawing on New Zealand-style pie recipes alongside gyros, salads, burgers, and house-made desserts. A Yelp listing for Aly's a la Cart shows 60 reviews and was updated in September 2026, according to Yelp.
Google Places separately lists the business's status as operational at the same address. An older Yelp page for a business called 'A La Cart' at the same location is marked closed, which appears to reflect an earlier rebrand rather than a current shutdown. A direct fetch of the business's own website returned an access-blocked response rather than page content.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
