What happened after Man v. Food?
In the Santa Fe-area episode, Casey Webb took on a pancake challenge involving three hubcap-sized pancakes weighing about four pounds total, a challenge credited to Old Tymer's Cafe, according to the episode's cast credits, which list manager Abbi Key representing the business. Old Tymer's Cafe operates from Red River, New Mexico, a mountain village roughly two and a half hours from Santa Fe, and is known locally for oversized breakfast portions, according to travel-feature coverage from Only In Your State. In June 2026, Yelp listed the restaurant as open at its East Main Street address, with reviews posted that year, and the business's Facebook page showed activity. No ownership change or closure has been reported for Old Tymer's Cafe since the 2019 broadcast.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
