Part 1 — Season 19, Episode 8 Aired

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Blue Collar during the 'Cross Country Comfort Food' episode, aired 2014-05-09, highlighting chef Danny Serfer's dry-aged cheeseburger, hand-cut fries, and Cuban sandwich egg rolls. Blue Collar started as a comfort-food restaurant at Miami's historic Biscayne Hotel, where it operated for about twelve years before growing into a larger space. According to Time Out Miami, the restaurant relocated in April 2024 to Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's MiMo neighborhood, expanding its footprint while keeping its dry-aged burgers and bread pudding on the menu.

Burger Beast reported that Blue Collar closed in June 2026, ending its run as one of Miami's longtime comfort-food destinations. Yelp's business listing marked the restaurant permanently closed in an August 2026 update. The restaurant's own website, bluecollarmiami.com, was no longer loading when checked on 2026-09-08.

Part 2 — Season 26, Episode Special Aired

In the 'All Stacked Up' special (Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, aired 2017-03-10), Guy Fieri returned to Blue Collar in Miami's MIMO district to revisit chef Danny Serfer's Big Ragout Sandwich, a stack of pork shoulder, brisket, pancetta, and provolone with San Marzano tomatoes, according to Miamism and TVFoodMaps.
