What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Bokujo Ramen in Rapid City, South Dakota, for the 'Champion Chefs' episode, which aired September 15, 2023, spotlighting the shop's ramen bowls. Bokujo Ramen is a ramen restaurant near Mount Rushmore Road. A September 8, 2026 check of the restaurant's own website, bokujoramen.com, found the page returning normally with a same-day server update timestamp and a working online ordering widget, according to the site. Google Places listed the business as operational as of that same date. Neither source displayed a copyright year or a dated blog post, so the clearest dated evidence available is the server's own update record and the Places status check, both from September 2026. No news coverage or customer review carrying a more specific date was found for the restaurant during this check, leaving the site's technical timestamp and the Places listing as the most current documented activity since the 2023 broadcast.
