What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Sturgis' Most Tasty' episode featured The Knuckle Saloon, a biker bar in Sturgis, South Dakota, for its rally-crowd food and live-music atmosphere. The Knuckle Saloon operates out of a historic building on 1st Street in downtown Sturgis, offering casual dining alongside concerts timed to the annual motorcycle rally. According to the bar's website, theknuckle.com, a September 2026 check of the site listed weekly hours — Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. — along with an events calendar advertising live music, a Brews & BBQ menu, and an on-site retail area called The Trading Post. The listing indicates the saloon continues operating as a dining and entertainment stop for rally visitors.
