What happened after Food Paradise?
The 'Vegas Baby!' episode featured Burger Bar, a build-your-own gourmet burger restaurant chef Hubert Keller ran at Mandalay Place on the Las Vegas Strip for 16 years, pairing an open kitchen with customizable burgers and shakes. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Keller told staff in January 2021 that he would not return to Burger Bar after the location's pandemic closure, and the restaurant did not reopen under his direction. MGM Resorts said at the time it hoped to bring back the Burger Bar concept with a new operating partner, according to the same report, but no reopening under any partner has been confirmed since. A Google Places record retrieved across the show matched an unrelated business named Best Burger at a different Las Vegas address; that address does not belong to the Mandalay Place location and has been left out of this record.
