What happened after Food Paradise?
The 'Vegas Baby!' episode featured Chicago Joe's, an Italian restaurant in downtown Las Vegas serving pasta and classic Italian entrees from a converted house near Fourth Street. According to Roadfood, the restaurant has operated from the same brick-facade building since 1975. The restaurant's own website returned a not-found error during a September 8, 2026 check, but according to Yelp, updated March 2026, the business remained listed with current photos, more than 1,100 reviews, and posted hours of Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. OpenTable also carried a current 2026 listing for the same address. Google Places recorded the location as operational the same week. No news coverage or public listing describing a closure was found; the website error appears to reflect a site issue rather than a business closure.
