Kirk Kerkorian developed the MGM Grand Las Vegas hotel-casino that houses the restaurant; the property opened December 18, 1993 with more than 5,000 rooms and, according to Wikipedia (revised 2026-08-05), was the world's largest hotel at the time it opened. Cabana Grill's own website did not load during a check on 2026-09-08, but a Yelp listing for Cabana Grill showed an update in June 2026 with 68 photos and 45 reviews under the American restaurant category, according to Yelp. Google Places separately listed Cabana Grill's business status as operational as of 2026-09-08.
