According to the business's own website, checked 2026-09-09, the restaurant lists current hours -- Thursday noon to 10pm and Friday through Sunday 11am to 10pm, with the kitchen open until 9pm daily -- and offers an active online ordering system for its menu. Part 2 — Season 11, Episode 12

Food Paradise's "Destination Dining" episode (S11E12) featured South Beach Bar & Grille, part of the show's roundup of destination dining and drinking spots. The bar and grill sits at 5059 Newport Avenue in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego, a few miles west of downtown. A check of the business's own website, southbeachob.com, on 2026-09-08 listed posted hours (Thursday noon-10 p.m., Friday through Sunday 11 a.m.-10 p.m., kitchen open until 9 p.m. daily) and a working online ordering link. The site's page carried no copyright date or other 2026-specific text, so the posted hours and working order link are the basis for this update rather than a dated statement. No additional independent source was checked for this record.
