What happened after Man v. Food?

In the Tampa, Florida episode, host Casey Webb began his search for the city's best food at this Ybor City institution, sampling the 'Completa Cubana,' a platter of boliche criollo (seasoned, stuffed and braised eye-round steak), Cuban roast pork, an empanada, yellow rice, black beans, yuca with mojo sauce and sweet plantains, according to the episode synopsis on Wikipedia's Man v. The Columbia Restaurant opened in 1905 and describes itself on its own website as Florida's oldest restaurant, occupying more than 52,000 square feet across an entire Ybor City block with seating for up to 1,700 guests. The restaurant has expanded over the decades to include locations in Sarasota, St. Augustine, Clearwater and near Orlando, plus two smaller cafe locations, per the same source. It earned the Distinguished Restaurants of North America Award of Excellence from 2005 to 2008, according to the restaurant's website.
