What happened after Man v. Food?

In the same Hudson Valley episode of Man v. Food, aired November 1, 2022, Casey Webb took on The Pizza Pit's Atomic Ghost Wings Challenge: 24 large chicken wings, twice-fried and coated in a roughly one-million-Scoville sauce built from fresh and puréed ghost peppers, aged cayenne and ghost-pepper extract, totaling four and a half pounds with a 15-minute limit, according to Wikipedia's episode summary. Only about one in ten of the more than 50 prior challengers had finished it, and Webb ran out of time with three wings left, finishing 21 of 24 per 94.3 Lite FM's recap of the episode. The Pizza Pit is a pizzeria at 57 Orange Turnpike in Sloatsburg, New York, known for specialty slices and wing flavors such as Sweet Thai Chili, per a DoorDash listing for the store. That DoorDash listing, checked 2026-09-07, shows the shop actively taking delivery and pickup orders with posted hours of 11:00 a.m. to 6:35 p.m.
