What happened after Food Paradise?
"BBQ Bliss" (S9E9) featured Corkscrew BBQ, a barbecue restaurant then identified as being in Houston, Texas, known for its competition-style smoked brisket and sausage. According to the restaurant's own website (corkscrewbbq.com), the business operates from Spring, Texas, a Houston-area suburb, and offers a dedicated "Reheat" guide for its smoked meats alongside a drink menu and gift cards. A site check in September 2026 found the website active with 2026-dated content and a working online ordering account system, consistent with continued operation at its current Spring, Texas address rather than the Houston location as originally featured on the show, though the business still identifies itself with the greater Houston area in its own marketing materials.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
