What happened after Bar Rescue?

Country Nights was a country-and-western nightclub in San Antonio, Texas, the seventh bar owner Dalia DeMoore had run in fifteen years by the time it opened in 2015. The "Dalia's Inferno" episode, broadcast March 10, 2019, centered on DeMoore's own on-the-job drinking and its effect on staff discipline: bartenders were observed drinking and behaving unprofessionally with customers, and one employee said she felt free to run the floor however she wished because the owner permitted staff to drink while working, within limits. The business was carrying roughly $144,000 in debt, with monthly losses reported in the thousands of dollars, and the recon and stress-test segments captured drinks served short, orders mishandled, and a generally chaotic floor during a busy night.

During the rescue, staff received retraining on responsible service, portion control, and standard drink recipes, and the venue underwent a cosmetic refresh that included updated signage, seating, and stage lighting for the club's live-music nights. As part of the changes, the club's name was adjusted to Madame Dalia's Country Bar, a nod to the owner that the production team hoped would reinforce a more professional identity going forward and give DeMoore a personal stake in maintaining the new standards. The relaunch reintroduced live country music and dancing under the new signage, with staff demonstrating the retrained service pace to a full room of guests.

Despite the rename, the business continued to identify itself under both names in the years that followed, and by the early 2020s had settled back on Country Nights, the name it used before the show's visit and the name under which online business listings currently identify the club. A San Antonio-area Yelp listing updated in May 2026 continues to list the venue as Country Nights at its longtime O'Connor Road address, and event and directory listings from the same period show it operating daily with live music and dancing, consistent with its original honky-tonk concept. The venue's return to its original name after the show's rebrand places it among the Bar Rescue makeovers where the pre-existing identity outlasted the on-air change, even as the underlying business, ownership, and address have remained continuous since the 2019 episode aired.
