What happened after Bar Rescue?

Crossroads Grille was a bar and restaurant in Antioch, Tennessee, purchased by Robert and Ashley Gaddy in 2015, who built the concept around recipes from Robert's mother. The business found early success, but after Robert suffered an injury and stepped back from daily operations, staff conduct deteriorated; the "Twerking 9 to 5" episode, filmed in December 2017 and broadcast March 31, 2019, documented bartenders drinking on shift, mixing liquor between bottles in violation of alcohol regulations, and dancing on tables in front of customers, alongside an unsanitary kitchen with a grease-caked exhaust hood.

During the rescue, the owners were pressed to address staff behavior directly, terminating two employees after repeated warnings, while the kitchen and bar teams received retraining on food safety and standardized drinks. As part of the makeover, the restaurant was renamed Gaddy Shack Southern Bar and Grill, styled around the Gaddy family name and decorated with family photographs, and relaunched with new draft, ice, and entertainment systems.

According to Reality TV Updates, which tracks the outcomes of Bar Rescue episodes, Gaddy Shack closed in March 2018, roughly three months after the rescue visit and about a year before the episode aired on television, as the Gaddys shifted their attention to another Nashville-area bar they owned, Donks. A Yelp listing for the Murfreesboro Pike address, last updated in August 2026, continues to show the Crossroads Grille and Gaddy Shack business as closed. In the years since, the storefront has changed hands more than once: a bar called Neighborhood Bar & Grill occupied the space for a period, closing in December 2021 according to the same tracker source, and by 2023 a restaurant called Louie's Taco Shop had taken over the location, meaning the address today operates under different, unrelated ownership rather than as a continuation of the business Bar Rescue visited. No reporting was found indicating that Gaddy Shack itself ever reopened under any name after its 2018 closure.
