Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Season 3, Episode 9 Aired
On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode 'The Memphis BBQ Tour' (aired 2008-05-26), Guy Fieri visited Cozy Corner, a barbecue restaurant on North Parkway in Memphis serving slow-smoked, hickory-cooked barbecue; the restaurant's menu today features pork rib tips and ends, pulled beef sandwiches, and smoked BBQ bologna. Co-founder Desiree Robinson describes the restaurant, on its own website, as offering 'the best taste of Memphis culture.' The restaurant's website, cozycornerbbq.com, lists hours of Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-8:00pm, closed Sunday and Monday, and gives its address as 735 N. Parkway, Memphis, TN 38105 -- differing slightly from the 745 North Parkway address on file. Google reviews posted to the site run as recently as March 2025, and the site still displays past magazine features from Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Saveur, and Southern Living, along with online ordering through Toast.
Food Paradise, Season 4, Episode 8 Aired
On Sandwich Paradise 2: The Upper Crust (2012), Cozy Corner Restaurant was featured for its barbecue, most notably the BBQ Cornish hen alongside spare ribs and barbecued beef and pork. Owner Desiree Robinson represented the Memphis restaurant for the segment. Cozy Corner has operated on North Parkway in Memphis for more than 40 years, and a site check on 2026-09-08 found cozycornerbbq.com live with a working online ordering system, corroborated by a Google Places listing showing the address as operational the same day.
