What happened after Food Paradise?

This episode featured David Burke's Primehouse, the River North, Chicago steakhouse known for dry-aging beef in an on-site glass-walled cheese cave and for chef David Burke's inventive, modern steakhouse dishes such as pretzel-crusted crab cake. The restaurant opened inside The James Chicago hotel on Rush Street in 2006. According to Crain's Chicago Business, reporting on 2017-02-14, the hotel and its restaurant group did not renew chef David Burke's licensing agreement, and his name came off the restaurant at that time.
