What happened after Food Paradise?
In the "Pizza Playoffs" episode, Denino's Pizzeria & Tavern's thin-crust pizza was featured. Denino's is a pizzeria and tavern based at 524 Port Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, New York, describing itself on its website as "The King Of NY Style Thin Crust Pizza." A September 8, 2026 check of the restaurant's website (deninossi.com) found it live and listing five locations -- Staten Island, Aberdeen NJ, New York City, California, and Brick NJ -- along with an online-ordering option, gift cards, and a franchising page. The presence of an active ordering system and multiple newer locations, including a California outpost, indicates the original Staten Island restaurant remains open and has expanded well beyond its home borough since its television appearance.
