What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
On 'From Bunny Chow to Chicken Oysters' (aired 2026-05-08), Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Driftwood in Boynton Beach, spotlighting the restaurant's fresh, locally sourced fare and craft drinks program. Driftwood has served the Federal Highway corridor since it was established in 2017, according to its website. Since the episode, driftwoodboynton.com has continued to run online pick-up ordering and lists current hours, including a Wednesday-through-Sunday happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. and Sunday dinner service from 4 to 9 p.m., checked 2026-09-08. The site also still advertises private chef experiences booked through the restaurant's own email address, according to driftwoodboynton.com, and Google Places separately lists Driftwood as operational at the same Federal Highway address. No reports of a relocation or ownership change were found beyond the restaurant's own website.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
