What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited this Boynton Beach deli for its holiday-friendly Jewish comfort food, showcasing matzo ball soup, stuffed cabbage in sweet and sour sauce, an overstuffed corned beef sandwich, and a hot potato knish, according to Food Network's restaurant listing. Flakowitz of Boynton is a New York-style Jewish deli and bakery on West Boynton Beach Boulevard; according to its own website, it has served the community for more than 50 years. In September 2026, Yelp listed the business with 838 reviews reflecting ongoing customer visits, and Flakowitz's own site, flakowitzofboynton.com, still advertised its full deli and bakery menu alongside current contact details. Food Network's restaurant directory also continued to list Flakowitz of Boynton among its active dining destinations, and no source found any indication of a closure, relocation, or change of ownership.
