What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured El Mariachi Tequila Bar's Latin-inspired menu in the 'Pizza, Latin and Mac' episode, which aired 2025-02-07. The business, listed on its own site as El Mariachi Tequila Bar & Grill, operates from 3906 N Broadway in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, according to its website, elmariachitequilabar.com. The site describes separate brunch, dinner, and bar menus and promotes catering for parties and corporate events. A check of elmariachitequilabar.com on 2026-09-08 found the site live, with posted current hours running from Thursday through the weekend and a working online-ordering promotion on the homepage. No closure, relocation, or ownership change has been reported for the business since the episode aired, and the live ordering and hours information point to continued operation under the same name.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
