What happened after Man v. Food?

Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is a garlic shrimp food truck on Oahu's North Shore, running out of its original truck at 56-505 Kamehameha Highway in Kahuku alongside a second truck in Hale'iwa. The business has since expanded off the North Shore. Hawaii News Now reported in March 2020 that Giovanni's was opening a third, walk-up location inside the H Mart food hall at 458 Keawe Street in Honolulu's Kaka'ako neighborhood, and KHON2 covered the same opening. A Yelp listing for the original Kahuku truck, updated in July 2026, showed the location active with more than 5,400 reviews. The business's own website, giovannisshrimptruck.com, was live as of a 2026-09-08 check and continued to promote the "now open" Kaka'ako location alongside the two North Shore trucks.
