What happened after Food Paradise?
In the 'Paradise University' episode (S15E12), the show featured Half Fast Subs, a sandwich shop on Boulder, Colorado's University Hill known for large deli-style sub sandwiches and made-to-order salads. The restaurant sits on 13th Street near the University of Colorado Boulder campus, an area often called 'The Hill.' According to the restaurant's website, checked 2026-09-08, Half Fast Subs continues to promote a daily happy hour with drink specials and a discount on sandwiches from 3 to 6 p.m., along with catering and gift-card options. The site, which carries a 2026 copyright notice, still directs customers to an online ordering system, and its 'Locations' and 'Specials' pages describe an actively run single-location sub shop rather than an inactive or archived site.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
