What happened after Food Paradise?

In the 'Paradise University' episode (S15E12), the show featured TLT Food, also known as The Lime Truck, a Cali-Mex food truck and catering operation then based in the Los Angeles area. The business built its menu around Baja-inspired tacos and other Mexican street food served from a mobile truck rather than a fixed dining room. According to the company's website, checked 2026-09-08, the operation now runs primarily as 'The Lime Truck,' based out of Irvine, California, offering catering, brand-activation events, and a food-truck franchise program rather than a single storefront. The site, carrying 2026-dated content, lists an active phone number and an online quote-request form, and describes itself as one of Southern California's most-awarded food truck caterers, though it no longer emphasizes the 'TLT Food' name used at the time of the show's episode.
