What happened after Food Paradise?

In the 'Paradise University' episode (S15E12), the show featured Pulaski Heights BBQ, a barbecue restaurant in Athens, Georgia known for slow-smoked pork prepared with a hand-applied dry rub. The restaurant operated from a storefront on Pulaski Street near downtown Athens. A Google Places listing checked 2026-09-08 marks the Pulaski Street location permanently closed, and the restaurant's former website domain, pulaskiheightsbbq.com, no longer returns any restaurant content; a check on the same date showed the domain flagged by a third-party security filter instead of loading a site.

Between the Places status and the inactive domain, neither source found any current indication of ongoing business at the Pulaski Street address featured on the show. Athens is home to the University of Georgia, and the Pulaski Street corridor sits a short walk from the city's downtown restaurant and entertainment district, where the barbecue restaurant once drew both students and visitors.
