What happened after Food Paradise?
On 'Extreme Burgers,' the show featured Holstein's Shakes and Buns, spotlighting its oversized specialty burgers and loaded milkshakes. Holstein's originally operated inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on the Strip. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, that Strip location was slated for replacement, and a Yelp listing for the old Boulevard Tower address, updated September 2026, still shows it closed. According to Fabulous Nevada, Holstein's reopened under the same name on May 29, 2025, at a new Downtown Las Vegas Arts District location at 1216 S. Main Street, with hours running to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The Holstein's brand therefore continues operating today at its new Downtown address rather than its original Strip location.
