What happened after Food Paradise?

On Travel Channel's "Food Paradise" (season 4, 2013), Joe T. Garcia's showcased its Tex-Mex menu built around enchiladas and fajitas, served across a sprawling courtyard and garden patio that has long been part of the restaurant's identity. The restaurant is a longtime Fort Worth institution near the city's historic Stockyards district, known for offering a simplified fixed dinner rather than an extensive a la carte menu. According to the restaurant's own website, checked 2026-09-08, Joe T. Garcia's listed current weekly hours for Thursday through Sunday and offered active online ordering, both consistent with continued operation under its original name. Google Places separately listed the business as operational at 2201 N Commerce St, Fort Worth, matching the address used in this record. No change in ownership, name, or location was found in the sources reviewed for this update.
