What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's Big Beef Paradise episode featured Riscky's Barbeque, spotlighting the pit's slow-smoked beef brisket and other barbecue plates served in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Riscky's has operated as part of a small family-run barbecue and steakhouse group based in the Stockyards, according to Wikipedia's entry on the chain, revised 2026-06-24. The restaurant's own website, checked 2026-09-08, still lists an online ordering option under the Riscky's BBQ name and links out to sister brands including Riscky's Steakhouse, Trailboss Burgers, and a barbecue and deli shop. Google Places' listing, reviewed the same day, records the Exchange Avenue location as operational. Taken together, the two independent sources show Riscky's Barbeque continuing to operate at its Stockyards address under its long-standing name, with no indication of a closure, sale, or rebrand found.
