What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives ('From Europe to Asia,' aired 2022-01-28), Guy Fieri visited what the show called Kobe Japanese Restaurant, a sushi and Japanese menu spot in the Salt Lake City area. The restaurant sits along South Wasatch Boulevard, serving lunch on weekdays and dinner nightly. In September 2026, the restaurant's website, kobeslc.com, listed itself as Kobe Sushi and displayed current lunch, dinner and take-out hours, along with a note that wine and beer are served. A Google Places record separately lists the business as operational at 3947 S Wasatch Blvd, Millcreek, Utah. The website itself addresses the location as Salt Lake City, a discrepancy likely reflecting overlapping postal and municipal boundaries in that part of the valley, east of downtown Salt Lake City.
