Los Cocos Is Now The Blue Mahoe… — What Happened After Bar Rescue?

Bar Rescue (Paramount Network) profiled Los Cocos in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in the season 9 episode "CSI: Los Cocos," which aired May 12, 2024. According to Reality TV Updates, the bar was run by brothers Karl, Evens and Eddy Latortue, was losing up to $8,000 a month and carried about $300,000 in debt, and guest expert Ashish Alfred, filling in for Jon Taffer, renamed it Three Tides Caribbean Restaurant and Bar and gave it renovations and a new menu. By 2026, the family's company was running the restaurant at 269 SW Port St Lucie Blvd under another new name, The Blue Mahoe Restaurant, a Caribbean and Jamaican kitchen.

Yelp's listing for the business shows an actively reviewed restaurant with posted hours that include a 2 a.m. close on Fridays and Saturdays, and closed Mondays. Neither thebluemahoefl.com nor the Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram pages found for The Blue Mahoe reference Los Cocos, Bar Rescue, or any prior identity for the address.

Google's business record for the coordinates lists the location as operational under The Blue Mahoe name. Even so, Florida license records tie it to Los Cocos: the restaurant's food license, issued in April 2021, is held by the same company, Mi Rincon Venezolano LLC, whose registered agent is Evens Latortue, and its liquor license lists the Los Cocos and Three Tides names alongside the new one. The current business reads as an established, actively marketed restaurant rather than a stalled listing: it maintains active social accounts, appears across multiple third-party delivery and review platforms under a consistent name and address, and lists a working phone number and current hours. A Reality TV Updates reader wrote in January 2026 that the sign over the entrance still read Three Tides while the door read Blue Mahoe Restaurant, and Florida inspectors visited the restaurant as recently as May 2026.
