Head chef Mikey, culinary-school trained, said the atmosphere left staff on edge, and one server quit outright before Gordon Ramsay's return visit. Ramsay found a menu delivered only by QR code, a $40 salmon omelet, and food that arrived dry, oddly textured, or missing components; he also learned Love had taken out a $198,000 loan and was covering shortfalls from personal savings.
