What the source shows: Ma'ono's own official website now resolves fully at maonoseattle.com/south-lake-union, listing the 2112 7th Ave address (inside Rachel's Ginger Beer), daily 11am-8pm hours, and a live online-ordering link -- the previously reported HTTP 404 for this address no longer occurs. What happened after Food Paradise?

Ma'ono Fried Chicken and Whiskey appeared as the Seattle stop on Worth the Wait, spotlighting chef Mark Fuller's brined and fried chicken alongside Hawaiian-inspired plates and a whiskey list. The restaurant grew out of Fuller's earlier West Seattle spot, Ma'ono, before the fried-chicken concept took over the brand. According to Seattle Met, Fuller closed Ma'ono's West Seattle dine-in restaurant in 2022 and opened the Admiral Benbow Room in its place, continuing fried-chicken sales as a delivery and commissary operation. Yelp separately lists a Ma'ono Fried Chicken location at 2112 7th Ave in South Lake Union, updated 2026-04, with no "closed" notation, while a distinct Capitol Hill address for the brand is marked closed on Yelp. A site check of the 2112 7th Ave location's own web page on 2026-09-09 returned an HTTP 404 error, even though Google's listing shows that address as operating.
