What happened after Food Paradise?
The Food Paradise episode "Crunch Time" featured Max & Leo's Pizza Fenway, spotlighting its coal-fired thin-crust pizza and honey habanero wings served near Fenway Park. Max & Leo's is a multi-location pizzeria chain with additional outposts in Newton, Sudbury, and Chelmsford, Massachusetts, in addition to the Fenway location at 82 Lansdowne St, according to the restaurant's website. The restaurant's own site (maxandleospizza.com) displayed a 2023 copyright notice as of a 2026-09-08 check, which by itself would not confirm current operation. However, a Yelp listing for the Fenway location, updated in April 2026, showed current customer reviews and photos, indicating the pizzeria remains open, per Yelp.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
